Wow, it feels like magic!! I was a bit doubtful at first, but it’s made a huge difference. I really wish I’d snapped a before pic. I tried the lash serum and I’m so blown away that I’m already on my second order. I also picked up the mascara, and it looks like it’s doing wonders for my lashes too.

About a year back, I started getting OWOW for my daughter, who has those lovely 3C curls. In the past, she tried a relaxing treatment and a keratin one—let me tell you, that keratin was pricey and had a strong smell, while the relaxer was just too much and not comfy at all. OWOW has been just right for her, and we’ve kept using it since it changed to ANSWR. It’s super user-friendly, not too hard on the wallet, comfy, and really does the job. This product is absolutely fantastic, and we’ll keep on purchasing it.

I gave the Flyaway and brow control stick a shot, and let me tell ya, it does an amazing job! I enjoy putting it on my brows, and it keeps them in position all day long! I definitely suggest giving this product a try!

I've been using ANSWR for several years, back when they were known as OWOW. I'm a loyal customer and have no plans to quit. It's super simple to use. No nasty odors or teary eyes. It eliminates all my frizz. I really like their shampoo as well, so I always grab the full kit. It saves me a ton of cash; this would set me back over £200 at a salon.

This smell is just terrible every time my hair gets wet!! I can't seem to shake it off. I've done overnight conditioning treatments, washed my hair twice daily, and still, nothing works since I started using this product. I really regret giving it a try.

This is a total transformation! I'm totally in love with the ANSWR keratin treatment. My hair is super frizzy by nature, and this stuff really smooths it out. I hardly ever straighten my hair since it usually doesn't hold, but now it actually does! I'm just so happy with it!

Even though the company did honor the refund policy (excluding shipping costs), I'm still dealing with hair problems more than a month later. It's all sticky, and I can't even get a brush through it, plus that dreadful smell makes me gag every time it gets wet. I attempted to post this review on their site, but they don’t allow negative feedback. It gives the impression that this product is effective all the time, but that’s not the case. They also claimed it was due to other treatments on my hair, but I haven't used any and haven’t colored it in over six months. Fingers crossed the odor disappears soon!!!!

I got answr as a sample and I truly enjoyed how soft my hair felt, without any frizz. The only thing that kept me from giving it a full 5 stars was the scent, which I wasn't a fan of. Other than that, everything else is fantastic. I'd definitely purchase it and suggest it to others.

I’ve got thick afro Caribbean hair that’s about shoulder length, and applying the treatment was a breeze by sticking to the instructions provided. The keratin treatment smells fantastic, and I really appreciate that it’s vegan and free from harsh chemicals since my hair tends to be naturally dry. There was just enough product to cover my entire head.

Pros:

Cons:
- My hair feels a bit rougher than I expected, kinda like straw.
- I'm hoping after a good wash it’ll feel nicer and less oily (I made sure to rinse it out properly).
